+9+9My use case: We have taken to automating the closure of answered questions after 1 week. When a question was marked answered by mistake, or needs to be reopened for any reason, we need to remember to toggle it back to open from closed for replies. It’d be great if I could automate that as a safe guard against human error; that’s something I could do with a webhook like this.
Other automation use cases:
- Adjusting any integrated reporting of users with answers
- Triggering a notification to moderators, experts, and/or super users to help with the newly opened question
- Triggering a reply from a moderator to communicate the question has re-opened
