I’d love a widget that pulled all the topics with no replies. We encourage our community of customers, partners, and employees to answer questions - but there’s no real way to say “hey, here are some questions that could use your advice.” It’d be nice if there was a widget that did this.

Or if we could tweak the “help others” option to be for posts with no replies, rather than no replies marked as best answer.

We are excited to inform you that we have begun enhancing the Dynamic Content Widget to include a new option that will allow users to display only topics with zero replies. Please note that the previously mentioned feature of adding a new tab is not part of our current roadmap. We believe that the addition of this option to the Dynamic Content Widget will effectively address the use cases we are targeting.

We welcome your feedback and would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this update.

Hi everyone, We are excited to share that we’ve added an additional filter to the Dynamic Content widget, enabling you to feature any type of content with no replies. This should help surface unanswered posts and drive more engagement. We’d love to hear your feedback on how this works for you!

Looking forward to your thoughts!

This is great and just what I’m looking for! However when I apply the filter some of our conversations are showing as 0 replies even when they have a reply… and even an Accepted Answer? Is this a known issue or am I missing how the configurations should work?

Example: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/getting-started-with-id-20/i-need-to-speak-to-someone-93802#comments

It even says “0 Replies” at the top near views, but clicking that takes me to the reply. It’s 25 days old so can’t be a caching issue.

Ah! I changed companies so I’ve had a bit of a break between Gainsight communities. It’s pretty exciting to come back and see one of your ideas implemented!
