"Your solution is very popular"

In order to boost recognition and engagement I would like to see a new notification for users who posted solutions to topics with a lot of views. When a topic / question has a solution and the view count of this topic gets over a certain (configurable) threshold, the user who posted the solution should receive a notification (either by PM or email) that their contribution to the community is very popular and very helpful to others.

This way they get the well-deserved recognition for contributing a solution to a popular question and they also get motivated to continue providing high-quality content.
