I would like to see a link included in the notification e-mails to make it easier to unsubscribe for these kind of e-mails. Right now, the only possibility to opt-out is to change your settings. However, in your settings you can change whether you want to receive notifications when there are new reactions in topic's you've participated in. As far as I can see, there isn't any option to unsubscribe for all e-mails, for example, even if you opt-out from the above, it seems like you still get messages when someone mentions you. For our users, it should be more easy to unsubscribe, without having to log in and change your settings.
When writing an article/blog it would be great to have an option to save it as a draft in the event you had to move to another task and come back to it later. I currently don't see a 'Save as Draft' option. Unless I've missed it - I'm a newbie here!
I think it would be very helpful to have a tool tip or instruction box throughout a lot of places in Gainsight. This could be configurable by the admin to provide additional context for new users. - Summary sections - often times these numbers are rollups so explaining criteria would be helpful. - 360 Sections - adding context to reports and explaining filters, drill downs, etc. - Dashboards - either at the top of the dashboard or within each container I'm sure there is more out there, but these are the first few that I'm thinking of that could really add some value. Thanks,
I understand (conceptually) the move from custom to bionic rules. In my attempt to embrace the change, I went to build a new, one step rule as a bionic rule, rather than a custom rule. It's going to consist of a dataset task and an action. The number 1 issue I have with this is that I can't preview my data set. Am I returning generally the right data with the filters I have applied? I had no idea how much I liked/appreciated/needed that simple button until just now!
My third idea for today 😎 Sometimes we have an announcement to make after the business hours of our moderation team. In that case, it would be nice to have a schedule planner like there is on facebook. Meaning, you can set an article to be published in a specific day and hour. What do you think? Who is with me? 🤚 🤚 🤚
I've spoken with two companies that would like their CSMs to be able to send a survey (after onboarding or training for example) via the new "Email Assist" task from within the Playbook on the CTA in their Cockpit. These are specific situations where an automated survey is not appropriate. Having this option would provide the extra control needed for a segment of customers to validate that the timing is actually right as well as customize the email as appropriate.
We would like our one to many emails from Copliot to include a CSM signature with data populated from the SFDC Profile of said CSM.
Hi, This feature request consists of filtering insults or offensive words when a user is creating topics or threads, it won’t allow users to publish if contains certain words. The situation is that we have received some insults and they stay live until we realize and we can delete it or moderate them. Thanks!
We have 15 different product areas, so many of our rules require 15 different actions - all the same, except one field differentiating the product. Unfortunately, even though I only need to change one field for each action, I've got to repopulate the 10 other fields 15 different times, from scratch. The ability to duplicate the action would be a huge time saver for us.
We are very excited to have the option to add a timeline activity from a CTA! I noticed that activities created in a CTA are NOT editable in the 360 timeline, rather you can only edit by going back to the CTA. It would be great if activities could be updated from both locations.
I have automated, rule drive CTAs that fire for opportunity and support risks. I have the case and opportunity numbers tokenized; but since they are not clickable links the CSM has to go to the C360, find the appropriate section, and then click the link there instead of going directly to the SFDC object. I would like to have the ability to either: 1. Make the tokenized case number and opportunity number/name a clickable link to the SFDC object 2. Provide a way to automatically associate the opportunity--instead of manually having to do so--and provide the same type of ability with support cases as well. This would even work with Contact objects too.
I'd like to be able to post a livestream in my topics. In this day and age, when every social media channel has a livestream option, our customers are used to instant gratification. It's a must nowadays, and we don't want to lag behind in this development. Such a waste to not support this on our Forum. We would be able to hold live dicussions, interact with our community in realtime, livestream events, you name it. Let's break the fourth wall! YouTube We are ofcourse, able to embed a YouTube video. YouTube has a livestream option, but unfortunately the resulting URLS differ slightly from a 'normal' URL. You can add the livestream video, but it leaves you with a blank space, since it won't sync with the source. I really hope this is something that will be added soon!😄
CSMs need a place to capture specific details about the customer that they would otherwise have to document in an external tool. Some of the key things to capture: Business Description Mission Statement Website URL Account Team member names/contact details Recurring call specifics (date, time, bridge info) Key Contact names/contact details Pain Points Current/Future Projects General Notes
It would be nice if you'd see topic suggestions while you are typing. We could provide 'top suggestable' topics via a moderator tag, furthermore it would just be a search query, possibly looking at the description text using AI.
I have a couple requests for the ability to be able to customize the c360 export. Suggested workaround provided: Create a success snapshot customized to the information that they want on the c360 page.
Currently the colors that are in reports are automated, but it would be nice to be able to change the color of reports to be more customized.
Currently we have to go back into SF to log a call on an account and it would be nice to have that option inside of Gainsight.
Does anyone else feel that a Notes sections would be helpful for Moderators when working topics? What needs to be worked, what actions have already been taken. This has been a very popular request from our team. We are thinking something underneath the Labels section.
We have heard from a few customers that they would like to have the option to apply a filter to the entire Gainsight Home Page (instead of each container one at a time). Tell us what you think by voting and commenting.
When manually creating a CTA, have the Apply Playbook option available. This makes it all one step and helps to ensure the playbook is assigned.
When you have modified a rule's Advanced Logic (to be something like "A and B and (C or D)" and then you add another field to the filter the logic just results back to "A and B and C and D and E". And then I spend then next 5 minutes trying to figure out what the heck happened... and then remember it's the logic and spend the next 5 minutes trying to remember what it was! My suggestion is that the logic just remain as it is and maybe do a highlight to remind me to update it when I add a field. Or add the new field to the end like "A and B and (C or D) and E." Either works for me!
When changing the owner on a CTA which has a playbook/tasks associated with it, it would be nice to have a pop-up option asking if you'd like to change the owner on all associated tasks as well. We've found that we're frequently changing the owner on certain types of CTAs which have several tasks associated with them. Having to change the owner on the tasks as well as the CTA is not a horrible experience ... but it is taking up time. We can always change task owners as one-offs if needed.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
