Badges come in two flavours: Automatic & Manual. Automatic badges are handed out to community members when they reach certain levels of activity in the community. Manual badges can be handed out by the community team or via API. Learn how to configure badges
Configure ranks
Want to keep your community members coming back for more? Create a system of ranks to create a sense of progression and status on your community, in order to encourage both new and old contributors to stay active. A points-based leaderboard is a great way to identify, highlight and motivate active users.
