Hi Ryanne,

Okta would definitely be the way to go :)

With SSO you can pass along a custom-role in the payload; this would be a much more robust solution than Zapier.

I am getting a Zapier error. How do I address this?

Hi there! It is already possible to trigger a Slack action when there’s a new idea in the new Ideation module? Since ideation is a truly cross-functional effort, it would help a lot to let PMs see the ideas right on Slack.

I'm looking into possibly using Zapier so we can export user feedback to the relevant teams. But I'm finding the available triggers to be too broad. Things like new topic or new reply are not usable as I can only specify that down to a content type in a specific category. And that will always contain a lot of content that is not usable feedback, especially considering the volume of new topics we get. So I don't want to send everything.

Moderator tags seem the next best thing. If we can tag topics that are relevant feedback, and have those send to the team via a zap would be ideal.

However, if I use the trigger Updated Moderator Tags, I can't specify that further. The trigger takes every change to the tags. What I would like, and also would expect to be able to do, is to specify which moderator tag to look for. So I can setup a zap for tv feedback that would go to our tv team, modem feedback that would go to the modem team and so on.

Can this be done?

Hey @Erik_ - Yes I believe that should be very possible to do.  You mention Zapier (I’m personally more familiar with Workato) - I very much expect that you can connect to that webhook and then have some specific actions happen in your Zapier workflow based on the content of the moderator tag.
