      I need help figuring out how we can create comments on records. We use an external CRM and load the data into cases. Now we want to create comments to discuss each record with the customer. Need a simple creative way to do this.

      I also need a tutorial on "Scorecard" tables in MDA. 
      Account Scorecard History
      Default Scorecard Fact - Empty?  What is this for?
      Scorecard Measures
      Scorecard Master
      Account Scorecard Scorecard Fact

      What's the difference and best way to use or purpose for these?  

      1. I know ACH has a history, but how is it populated?  Is it only top score?
      2. SC Measures - Is this only a system table and nothing I interact with?
      3. SC Master - Same?
      4. ASSF - We have some values in here, but what all is in here?

      Hi,

      I am still having a little trouble figuring out the Context ID in the satisfaction survey. I published the test survey but I still see the context id field is required.
