I'm creating a report showing our CSMs their NPS response rate (one of their MBOs) and am having trouble using the company object as a lookup for the 'Current CSM'. Maybe there is a workaround? Maybe a bug?
I'm having trouble sending myself a test NPS survey I created in my org. I set up a Salesforce survey domain and went through the steps in this documentation https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Surveys_and_NPS/Admin_Configuration/Setup_Salesf... In the properties section, I set the email service to "Co-Pilot" and was able to successfully publish the survey... (Is Co-Pilot the right one?). Now I am unable to add participants to the survey.
What's missing?
I have a CSV of emails I'd like to send this NPS score to. The contact emails are not associated with contact ID's but Account ID's will the NPS survyey still show up on the C360?

Another topic: I am seeing an error when setting up an NPS survey. I am unable to map the survey button field and can't finish building the AO. The survey is preselected by the AO, and all of the options are filled out. When I hit submit, the button stays red.
