What would be the best way to set up CoPilot outreach for when a customer responded to a NPS survey and I want to send them a "Thank you for responding" email?
How do we turn off the ability to sync Gainsight Tasks? I turned off the auto generate but I want to be able to turn off the ability to sync as well. Thanks

If I send a NPS survey via CoPilot and a contact reaches out to one of our CSMs that they never received the survey how can we manually resend the the survey using the same email template?
I've added additional fields to the default Details and created another sub-section under the Success Plan Info Field Configuration.  However, when I export, this additional information is not included.
