So, I've completed what was suggested on this post: Associated Contact field in CTA and this post:  Contacts assigned to tasks, but neither seem to be getting me what I need.  One of the metrics for our CSMs is that they have at least quarterly touch points with multiple contacts within an account.  Could use some help in building out that reporting.
