Hello all --

I thought I’d be able to sneak today’s Tuesday Office Hours session in before flying out to an offsite this week, but weather has thrown a wrench into the schedule, so I will have to cancel today’s session, as well as Thursday’s session (I will be in offsite meetings that day).  Office Hours will return next week on Tuesday at regularly scheduled time.  

Apologies for the inconvenience - have a great week, and if you post any questions to this thread, if I have a chance to answer during the week, I will do so!

I’m updating an existing rule with the intent to add missing users into the User table. But when I get to the “Load to User” action, it only gives me “Update” as an option. Is this a known limitation or am I doing something wrong?

I read this article:

Load to User Action Type - Gainsight Inc.

The article does say “The Load to User action type enables admins to update existing records in the Gainsight User standard object that stores Gainsight user information such as users’ First Name, Last Name, GSID, External ID and so on.” So it does only mention update and not insert. Is there a way to insert using rules engine?
