Tomorrow can I borrow your brain please for this challenge on our Renewal campaign run via JO:













The program starts at T-89 days before renewal is due and has 6 emails to be sent out at varied T intervals with the last one going out every day when an account is T-7 days before renewal. When we go live on Monday, anyone who is due to renew in the next 89 days will enter the program but this will also include accounts within the next 60/36/13/8/tomorrow days out.





Is there a way to "place" these participants into the relevant position on the program journey i.e. if someone is due to renew in the next 7 days, we do not want to send them the 1st notification aimed at 89 days out.













I gather this is a one off exercise to catch any accounts within the T-89 but ensuring we send them the right comms. We could do it manually via a separate programs but keen to hear your thoughts .
