I need to figure out how to set up an email notification for surveys submitted through surveys 2.0





(following every client is not an option)




I would love some recommendations for reports / dashboards that can be built to track trends / cadence of CTAs. We already have a Monday & Friday review dashboard that looks @ Open, Closed, Overdue & Risk CTAs by count & then CTA reason & CSM but interested in learning what other reports can be created to track daily activity of opened / closed over the week/month as well as cadence.




I'd like to understand how to review the Analytics of a Program in Journey Orchestrator. I have conditions that will remove a user from the Program but I cannot confirm when someone is removed, why they were actually removed. Thanks
