Hey Baji,

We've just configured the first scorecard in our Org & I'd now love some guidance on reporting best practice.

I've attempted to build the following reports but am struggling to achieve the desired outcome with the MDA object Account Scorecard History.

- % split of RAG accounts monthly (Pe chart/stacked bar). I can get this on a weekly basis using the snapshot date but as our initial metrics have at least 1 month validity I'd prefer to have a monthly view as opposed to the weekly snapshot view - is that possible?.

- % split of RAG accounts by CSM

- % of account base whose score has improved between month x and month x+1. (e.g. in month x+1, 50% of accounts improved by one rating stage (either R->A, A->G), 10% improved two rating stages (R->G).

-% of account base whose score has dropped between month x and month x+1 (similar to above).

- RYG % split per metric (pie chart / stacked bar)

- Average score by month Widget

- List of top 10 most 'unhealthy' accounts & top 10 'healthiest' by month
