Hi Baji, here are my questions:

  1. I can’t seem to be able to add a custom Rich Text Field to Activity Timeline object
    1. Context: New custom field “Steps to Resolve” for a Get Well Plan
  2. On the “Plan Info” tab of a success plan, how do I:
    1. Display a list of all account contacts (Company Person / Person) with specific contact fields?
    2. Display a list of competitors (from Relationship.Competitors custom dropdown) from an LOV in my Relationship object?
  3. For any account, how to find:
    1. Latest CSM health score and its date (Scorecard ‘Fact’ object?)
    2. Latest CSM health score comments (timeline Note) and its date (Scorecard ‘Fact’ object?)
    3. For the same record as [3.b], how do I tie it back to Activity Timeline to get any other field I need from Activity Timeline? Only the “Note/Comments” field from Timeline is available directly on the Scorecard ’Fact’ object.

Hi Baji,

This is for the rule in Sandbox named ‘Pooja's Scorecard - Premium (EA) - Completed Health Check’. In this rule, I am trying to update ‘Complete Health Check’ measure for accounts that have ‘Premium’ as their EA+Customer Level

The update happens when a ‘Milestone’ activity is added on the activity timeline. Below are the milestone types that have to be selected to update the measure on the scorecard.
1. Executive Business Review
2. Health Check
3. Kicked Off
Right now the rule is working only for ‘Executive Business Review’ milestone type.
Can you please help me with what is missing?

Hi Baji, 

  • We want to change the filter “Geo” in GS to be a picklist with specific values.
  • We want to add a field in R360>Attributes>add “Sales Region Name” 
    • And this “Sales Region Name” should become a filter within GS Home I Renewals I Dashboards etc
  • Timeline>Activity: We want to use the A Account name in any notes that are sent to someone's email instead of the T Level account name
  • Add a column under widget (Home>my portfolio) which shows Entitlements
  • We want to rearrange the system default fields under Timeline>Activity Type>Meeting> “move duration lower than our own fields”
