Hello,
My question is regarding Digital Journey Programs in the new UI.

Description: Digital Journey Program did not sync new participants as per the schedule.

Issue Details:
We have a Digital Program Journey scheduled for our NPS Program. We scheduled the program to run ‘Multiple Times’ (Daily at 10:30 AM EST).

We have used a segment as a source on this Digital Program Journey. We have scheduled this Segment to run every day (Daily at 10:15 AM EST) and pull-in new participants.

Before we scheduled the Program, we manually synced the participants in the ‘Audience’ section of the JO and it showed 708 participants.

Issue: On the day of the Publish, the segment ran at 10:15 AM successfully and showed 720 participants. However, when the JO got activated at 10:30 AM it still sent the NPS survey to 708 participants.

Questions:
Why did the Digital Program Journey NOT take the new 12 new participants? 
Will the JO pull-in the new participants on the 2nd day?

Below data from the JO logs:
“Monday June 10th 2024, 8:10:03 pm
Scheduled sync process is started

Monday June 10th 2024, 8:10:09 pm

708 participants are in review state by manual sync from data source ‘NPS Contacts’”

Hello,

 

How can we empty the tables on Gainsight before importing data from BigQuery? Is there a way to configure the connector, use a rule, or any other workaround to delete all the data?


Currently, we use a rule to set the old values to false before every import. However, this has serious issues with data quality and performance.

 

I appreciate any input you can give us on this matter.

@shivani: This JO did sync as expected and added the new participants on the second day. 
I would still say that Gainsight should document this expected behavior - The JO gets active and pulls only the manually synced participants on the 1st day, and sync any additionally added participants on the 2nd day onwards. If I am scheduling a Program 10 days in-advance I am expected to manually sync the participants on the day of the Go-Live
