Hi Team,

I have a use case - where I require your expertise :

We get our usage data metrics from our warehouse in form of CSV files - they usually reach the S3 bucket by 7 am, and the Rule Chain to process these files runs every day at 8 am.

This is then followed by an Aggregation Rule Chain at 8.45 am, then finally the Scorecard Rule Chain runs at 9.30 am.

These Rule Chains are dependent - and should run in order - Rule Chain 1 then Rule Chain 2 then Rule Chain 3.

This was set during Implementation.

However, one problem that I face is that the files get delayed sometimes - let's say at least 5-6 days in a month. They do not reach the S3 bucket by 8 am and if this happens based on GS failure notifications - I switch off the schedule for Agg Rule Chain and Scorecard Rule Chain(Otherwise the Scorecard Rule runs with no data in the last one day and shows Red for all companies).

Then, after I receive the notification from our Warehouse team that the files are available in the S3 bucket, I manually run all the three Rule Chain - which is not ideal (also I might be on vacation or be sick)

So I need a way to automate this - For this, I have done the below :

Created a single Rule Chain with all the rules (from all three Rule Chains) - How? -  in the last rule of the 1st Rule Chain added a sub-chain of all the Rules from Rule Chain 2 and in the last Rule of the Rule Chain, 2 added a sub-chain of all Rule from Rule Chain 3 and the Rule Schedule is Event-based on S3.

Is this the right thing to do or is there any better way to do this?


Hi Team, 

I have a question related to Success Plan and how to configure the objectives start and due date. 

I managed to create the start date and due date for the overall Onboarding Success plan but the sub objectives is not configurated and are only displaying the start date (todays date). Please see the two screen shoots: 

How do I change the start date and due date for each Objective so I get correct Onboarding Gantt Chart?
