Hello everyone!

This thread is for a make-up session of US Admin Office Hours today, Friday, June 27, 2025 at 11am PT / 12pm MT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET.  Apologies for having to cancel earlier this week -- a combination of inconsistent wifi and changing travel plans got in the way of regularly-scheduled office hours.

Please submit your questions for today’s session below (as replies to this post) in advance if you can, and we'll address them during the session (or if there’s a quick answer available, we’ll post as replies to the questions).

There is no need to register for these sessions - you can join at any time. Once the session is underway, I will go in order of questions posted below first, then field questions from anybody else who has joined as well. Look forward to talking with you!

Scott,

Adding report to C360/Summary and showing results - need correct identifier.

Thank you,

Di

Hi Scott - I have a somewhat pie-in-the-sky scenario. I’m looking into summarizing Cheat Sheets among cohorts - i.e. reporting on the Cheat Sheet details among our top 20 customers by ARR, and gleaning common “Risks/Issues”, “Renewal Details,” etc. among that cohort and putting that in a report our execs can review. I was curious if you’ve had any experience helping customers with this or doing this in GonG.

Hi Scott - A CSM asked why in some cases they have to type out the full name of an account to get them to appear on the C360 search bar candidate list. They provided an example and mentioned, “This is a specific case  - but the search bar is not always perfect in this regard -  less appropriate candidates often appear higher the correct ones / better matches.”

I’m wondering if there is a way to improve the search experience.
