Hi GS,

I attempted to log onto this Zoom call several times. When I clicked on the Zoom link, I was asked to login to GS again. When I attempted to re-login, I was met with an error saying that my password was incorrect. I’m currently logged into my account, so I’m confused as to why I was met with this error.

When I attempted to reset my passcode, I never received a password reset email to my inbox. I checked my junk and spam folders.

Was there another way to login to the Zoom meeting this morning? Would love your insight here.

Hi Kimberly, I apologize you experienced issues joining. I haven’t heard of any issues with customers joining through the link and passcode provided above, however, I will be updating the link to avoid any issues moving forward.
