I was wondering when will the live chat support be available for EMEA? I think it's useful for quick questions which don't require troubleshooting.

@lucianluta we do have live support, but not 24/7.





Live support timings are 6 AM PDT to 4 PM PDT.





@mandy_major and @emily_mcdaniel_629a86 could you pelase confirm.




I know, that's why I mentioned EMEA. Those are mostly US business hours.

Hi Lucian,





We currently offer chat support from 1pm - 12am BST today for all of our customers today. We offer three levels of support service (Premier/Elite) and do have some extended hours around phone coverage for our higher levels of coverage. As it pertains to chat, we may consider adding extended hours at some point but it may just be for our Enterprise support customers.
