Live chat support for EMEA

Hi,

I was wondering when will the live chat support be available for EMEA? I think it's useful for quick questions which don't require troubleshooting.

Hi Lucian,

We currently offer chat support from 1pm - 12am BST today for all of our customers today. We offer three levels of support service (Premier/Elite) and do have some extended hours around phone coverage for our higher levels of coverage. As it pertains to chat, we may consider adding extended hours at some point but it may just be for our Enterprise support customers. Live support timings are 6 AM PDT to 4 PM PDT.

I know, that's why I mentioned EMEA. Those are mostly US business hours.
