Hi Scott,

I’m trying to work with the OOTB Zendesk integration Case job. I’m struggling with configuring the correct Derived Mapping to associate Cases to the Company object. Would appreciate if we could discuss for a few minutes on how to get that configured properly.

Thanks,

Brian

Need help Batch Uploading Contacts to Survey via an Excel sheet.

Hi Scott,

Our Salesforce revamp now uses Account Contact Relationships. When using the connector job, it does not import the relationships as Company Person. I need a little guidance on if this needs to be set up as a rule or am I just missing something in the Connector job. Account Contact Relationships have been around for SFDC and couldn’t find much documentation on how GS needs to be set up to take advantage of them.

Thanks

Nigel

Hi Scott,

I have another one. Is there an option in filtering a dataset for “Contains Exactly” when it comes to a string field?

i.e. Contains Exactly “Travel” - therefore not filtering out “Traveler’s Insurance” as an example.

Thanks,

Nigel
