Due to a scheduling conflict, I have to delay a day on Tuesday Admin Office Hours that would typically take place today, Tuesday, April 28.
I will hold the make up session at the same time slot tomorrow, Wednesday, April 29.

Hi Scott, hope you are well. I want to check with you why the case resolved datetime coming a day before at 8pm in Gainsight versus what is there in ServiceNow.
Hi Scott, hope you are doing well. Is there a way to create a rule that would transform picklist values from one data source to match up with both the Salesforce and Gainsight instances?
