Hi! I’m sending emails through JO in CS and would like to link to pages in my product but specifically to have engagements launch on the page. But I don’t want the engagement to launch for users who visit the page without having come from the link in my emails. How can I do that?

Thank you for posting your use case here. I guess we can restrict the user access using Trigger By option in PX and we do have certain rules in the CS side using which we should be able to launch the engagements only when the users click on the link from the email that they have received through JO. Please get in touch with your CS COM to get assistance on this.
