Do you have certain groups of customers or customer contacts that you send Journey Orchestrator outreaches to regularly? Tired of creating that group from scratch every time you set up a new JO Program?

“Segments” is a new Gainsight feature that gives you the ability to define sub-groups of customers and/or contacts that meet your selected criteria, then save each Segment for quick access as a source when you or others set up Journey Orchestrator Programs.

Join us today for a Segments “Special Topic” session of Gainsight Admin Office Hours. In this session, we’ll introduce the Segments feature and cover some sample use cases in a live demo environment.  There will be time remaining for questions afterwards.
