Support Chat Hours - March 2025

As part of Learning and Development process, our teammates would be engaged in an internal training for a couple of hours. Please find the modified schedule below.

When : March 17, 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM PST / 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM CST.

What to Expect:

• Chat hours would be closed from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM PST on March 17th.
• Please expect delayed response time on non-urgent issues.
• Chats would resume from 3 PM PST and end by 4 PM PST as per the schedule.
