As we approach the holiday season, we’d like to share our support availability. During the dates below, you may experience delayed response times.
 

Holiday Support Coverage

To maintain momentum around restoration and critical support needs, Gainsight Support will remain available 24/7 through year-end with the exception of December 25, 2025 and January 1, 2026, when limited coverage will apply.

December 25, 2025 & January 1, 2026

  • Limited staffing in place

  • Support will focus exclusively on new Urgent-severity tickets from Elite customers

  • Live chat and phone support will be unavailable

  • Response times may be delayed for non-urgent issues

  • Email and portal ticket submission will remain available

  • Agents will be staffed 24 hours but will engage only on urgent cases

  • January 1, 2026

We will return to normal business hours and full channel availability on January 2, 2026. As always, support cases can be submitted at any time through the Gainsight Support Portal.
