We have a couple of holidays this month across the globe. So we have modified hours of Support for the next couple of weeks while we give our team time off. 
 

We also have an all India Employee team meeting from September 25 -26. So Support responses to tickets may be delayed.  To focus on team building, we will have a lighter staff these days, and will not be offering live chat during this time.  We will only be focusing on Urgent/High tickets during these days.
 

Please find the modified schedule below.

 

  • September 2, 2024:
    • Live chat & phone support disabled
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity cases
  • September 13 2024:
    • Limited chat hours
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity case
  • September 20, 2024:
    • Live chat & phone support disabled.
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues.
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity cases.
  • September 24 2024:
    • Limited chat hours
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity case
  • September 25 - 26, 2024:
    • Live chat & phone support disabled.
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues.
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working High severity cases.
