HI Scott,

I need help trying to figure out the proper date time formatting to import a file from S3.  I have tried multiple combinations that have not allowed the created and updated dates from a ServiceNow report to populate in the Gainsight import. They are just showing as blank despite the excel document having the proper DateTime format.  I’ll show you on the call.

Review NPS Rule you helped me with.  The True NPS and Recommend Availity are not changing to Blank within the Company Object when the NPS Response is not within the past 180 days.

2nd question if we have time

Created a report to capture Revenue Trending Month over Month.  I am trying to add the report to the C360 Summary section, but it is wanting me to Configure the report within the C360 layout - not sure what value to choose.  Report visualization chosen is a chart

Hi Scott

Building out a JO Program where I want a CTA to fire if the customers metric does not improve 30 days after the email was sent. 

Our relationship object gets updated daily with user metrics.  I would like the CTA to fire with the current metrics on that day (We can pull those fields into the CTA). 

When creating the CTA, will those metrics be static?
Example. CTA is created on 4/1 and license utilization is 50% .  If I go back to the CTA in a month, will it still show 50% or will always show the most recent value of that metric?
