Hello Team,

When I create a rule using the 'Company Person' object, it is NOT pulling in all the customer-contacts within the object.

But when I generate a report out of the same 'Company Person' object, I do see those contacts.

I would like to discuss few examples and understand what maybe causing this issue.

Hi Scott. We have multiple Company records that need to be deactivated or deleted due to no activity on the account and no CSM assigned. I created a data designer to help me identify these accounts.

In this data designer, for each Company GSID I am counting the # of associated Relationships, Company Persons, CTAs, Success Plans, Activity Timeline records. If they are all 0, I am targeting the Company record for deletion.

Are there additional objects which I should consider taking their record counts before deleting the Company records?


Hi Scott - 

Wondering how to set up a CTA for leadership to let them know a field has been updated. The field is a custom drop-down on the Company object that basically tracks CSM sentiment. Leaders want to be automatically notified when this field is updated by the CSM.
