I have questions regarding: Gainsight Journeys and the integration with Salesforce.  We have the program logging emails from the journey into salesforce.  Wondering if there’s a way to get it add the email and keep it as an open task?  Other than that, just listening in.

Hi Scott, hope you are well. I have 2 questions:

1. With regards to ServiceNow, there is Planned Duration field which is in days in SNOW but what is the best way to map it in GS, as it is coming in date format.

2. The connector job that pulls SPM module data from SNOW into GS fails in daily run, how to optimize it.
