I have a different but similar question with regards to updating a number field which is present in SF object into Success Plan field. I thought it would be straight forward but not sure I am missing on this one as well. Thanks.

Trying to build a rule that takes multiple objects into account and creates a “score” in a custom field. It is working properly for the first score, but when trying to create a second I am thinking I am either using the wrong identifier or the filters might be getting too complex. Would love some insight to be sure!

Fighting with Timeline API.  Not sure what I am doing wrong in trying to update a single field on a Timeline Entry via API.

Hi Scott. I’m struggling to figure out how to properly delete some fields (under the Activity Timeline object) that we no longer need and am looking for guidance on how to do this properly so I don’t break anything.
