Hi Scott, I need some help reversing a rule and correcting it to help duplicate data from one field to another on the company object.  I’m trying to copy the name in a field called Success Management Rep Name into the CSM field so that we can utilize some of the GS features dependent on that field.  The rule I built isn’t working as expected.  Just need you to show me what I’m doing wrong and how to revert the data back.  When I ran the rule it did the reverse of what I wanted and copied all the blanks over the Success Rep names on most accounts.

JO cc email question: we have internal users cc’d on JO emails.  The GS email logs indicate the emails were sent successfully; the internal users are not receiving the emails however.  outside of confirming they did not hit spam/quarantine and the user email addresses are valid in GS and not opted out anywhere, what are the recommended next steps to investigate the issue and resolve?

The issue is not present in all our JOs, we’ve successfully tested with the same users via other JOs.
