  1. We have User records that are duplicates (same employee id, different email and username because they changed their name due to marriage). In some cases our email team has kept both emails as valid, but I’m not sure which username is valid for SSO purposes.  None have ever logged in. Can I just delete these users? Also how do you delete users, I don’t see an option in the admin UI.
  2. Could you take a look at support case # 323944? In some cases when creating records via external action, the target dropdown or text field may get populated with “” instead of the intended null.  I was hoping the fix would be applied globally across all objects at once, but it seems each object must be fixed separately, one by one?

I’m looking into doing comparisons using current month vs. previous year current month (Ex. July 2023 vs. July 2024) via the data designer. I can’t seem to get the configuration correct, so that it shows that comparison.

Hi Scott, I’ve got a quick question on AI Cheat Sheet and the impact on an account that is duplicated. I suspect that when Cheat Sheet looks at the last six months of data it also takes into account the account creation date and then ignores previous entries added into the timeline even if they are within six months.

Hi Scott, I need help determining why I can’t publish my JO program. Support told me I had to “Sync All” on my participants, which I’ve done, but the “Publish” button still remains disabled.


Hi Scott,
I am looking to embed an iframe of the Salesforce Account record into Gainsight. I receive an error when using the Salesforce URL. Can you advise on how to best configure the embed?

SF Admin added new field within the Contact Object and associated to our user gainesight.api but I am not able to view/capture the new field within a Gainsight report when I am using Contact at the Source.
