Late post today, all -- apologies, had some technical difficulties earlier.  That said . . .
 

This thread is for today’s Thursday Admin Office Hours session in about 2 hours on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 11am PT / 12pm MT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET.


PLEASE NOTE: This session is not focused on the ongoing response/remediation efforts around the Salesforce Security Advisory from Nov 19 -- Gainsight’s PS, Product, and Leadership teams are holding regular sessions -- post is here for more details on those sessions (including the one about to start).

Hello,

Is there a way to add a red badge with a number 1 to the knowledge center bot? This would serve as an icon for critical notifications.

Hello ​@cmaysenhalder  -- unfortunately, I’m not a PX expert -- my focus is our CS platform -- so I don’t know if message-specific icons can be created and associated to critical notifications.

If you go to the link below, it will take you to the PX main page here in Gainsight’s Community, and I’m seeing that there’s a featured post there about ongoing PX office hours.  My colleagues there should be able to help out if you post your question there.
