Question:

1. We are currently replicating data from multiple GS objects into our company data lake via API. However, IT is telling me the APIs handle record creation and update, but not delete. I noticed this when we deleted some Company records but they did not get deleted from our data lake. Is the IT assessment correct, and how do other customers handle deletes in these scenarios?

Continuing the discussion from Tuesday about the Calculated Fields, I now need to figure out how to handle the CTAs in month long JO Programs when a CSM/CMC changes, it doesn’t look like you can choose the CTA owner from a Calculated Field.

If time allows, it’d be great to confirm how to create a connector (and domain) for the “Leveraging Gainsight APIs” course without breaking anything in our instance (we don’t have a sandbox, and I’m trying to learn more about using APIs).

In late 2022, we launched a new scorecard for all active customers. I would love to archive/inactivate the old scorecard so that there isn’t any immediate confusion when looking at the UI or at scorecard related objects. While I could rename the old Scorecard to something like Archived/Unused/etc., I would prefer to inactivate it so that it doesn’t appear as an option. In looking at the Scorecard Master object, inactivation seems possible.

However, I do not see that option on the Scorecard Configuration screen
