Hi Scott, Archana spoke to you about some assistance I could use with identifying and mapping over specific fields from ServiceNow.  I’m not finding the fields that I need in the objects available in the Connector.  Wondering what steps are needed to locate or add those objects.  Example: I need to map over the Last Billing Date and Install Base  from the sn_customerservice_customer_success.  Also looking to add ACV at Risk from the Case reporting but I’m not finding a field that aligns with this data.

Hoping to confirm accuracy of the Person ID field to sync JO emails to SFDC after getting an update from support. Moving this over from the Tuesday thread.

Hi Scott, I am looking to combine multiple Product Org IDs for one account into one field on the company object. Ideally, something like a concat field for all Org Ids with the same GSID, I think it’s possible but I’m having a hard time working out the logic.
