Apologies for the late post -- just getting rolling again after a couple of sick days, but back in business!

This thread is for today’s Thursday Admin Office Hours session, Thursday, July 25, 2024 at  11am PT / 12pm MT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET.

I hope you are feeling better!  

I have a question on some Identified Risk Reports which are repeating the Company info multiple times within a report, when I only need the Company info once.

Hi Scott, 

 

We use GoToWebinar to host several Webinars throughout the year. After each Webinar the attendees receive a follow up email from Pardot. We would like to include a Gainsight Survey link in the follow up emails so that we can have the survey results in Gainsight. Is this possible?

Scott,

I have one more question for today.  I have two Rule which are fighting against each other.  One Rules turns the SF Account Temp to Green and the other Rules turns the SF Account Temp to Red - both dependent on the value within the Account Sentiment Score value - Red or Green

 

Both Rules run every two hours . . . and flipping the Account Temp from Red to Green or Green to Red every 2 hours.  oh my! :)
