Checking to see if you were able to reach out to others who capture Weekly Updates via Timeline Templates with Notes section outlined with Bullets etc.?  

 

  • How do they make it readable for management to view with Excel?  

  • Is there other options to capture multiple Accounts Weekly Updates based on Activity Date - Weekly Update and combine onto one report by Account and spaced for easy readability?

  • How to other Gainsight Clients handle Weekly Updates for management?
