  • I am enquiring if Gainsight essentials has a dedicated area to track implementation metrics, such as days in implementation, tracking to understand when things are happening (ie certain information is put in).

How would I download all timeline data? I built a report, but it doesn’t seem to have everything.

Hi Scott - I’d like to talk about how I can use the reports from Tuesday in our Product adoption rules and add CTAs. I think I would need to create a template of the DD and then use that template when creating the rule per module but I’d like to talk through it if there is time.
