One of my reports which runs from a Data Designer is not capturing the Gainsight Client Type of Lifeline, All Client Details report.  It is capturing all of the other Gainsight Client Types - Premier Client, Non Premier Client.

 

I have verified the Gainsight Client Type picklist has been updated to include Lifeline as well as the SF Admin added Lifeline as an option within Salesforce/Gainsight Client Type.

 

The Gainsight Client Type - Lifeline sometime appears though and can be sorted within the report - All Client Details report.

Hi Scott,

 

I’d like to review the transforms in the rule we looked at on Tuesday at the end of the call. You mentioned something about “comparison equations” and that sounds interesting! Looking forward to hearing and learning more about this.

Hi Scott,

 

When deleting a contact (say they are no longer at a company), what exactly does Delete Company Person do? Does it completely wipe them out from Gainsight CS? Does it make the contact “Inactive”, and remove them from the people list, yet they are still retained in Gainsight? Something else?
