Our CS team uses Coaching Forms in SF and wants to explore transitioning the process to GS instead.

The primary limitation is there isn’t an ability to limit access to a GS asset to only a single individual or specific individuals.  For example, a global timeline entry of a ‘Coaching’ type that is created by a CSM manager and only visible to the related CSM and manager.

Before ruling out GS, wanted to raise the topic here in case it has been asked by other orgs or is handled by GS in a way I’m not thinking of.

I have a question around how to configure calculated fields in dynamic programs to look at account level criteria, not participant level criteria. Meaning, if 1 person responds to a survey, do not trigger a no-response CTA.

Hi Scott,

We are currently having to rebuild all of our NPS reporting due to the move to Dynamic reporting which now won’t let us use the AO Participants obect. I have been able to replicate all the fields in other data from the Survey Participant and others but I need one Account Data point that is only present in our Secondary_Account object.  I have tried merging, transforming, etc. to get this to tie to the Survey Participants data but it keeps duplicating or not aligning properly with every configuration.  I’m hoping you have a simple solution for this data design issue.
