Hi - We’ve just integrated Gong with Gainsight and enabled AI Follow Up.  In testing, I’m seeing that even though the transcript is available in Gong, the summary is not being displayed in Timeline.  The info in Note is:

“Summary could not be generated.

Sorry! We couldn't create a meeting summary using the available transcripts.”

Here’s the info I found in the user guide.

Automated Summary

The automated summary section provides a short and crisp outline of the meeting, thereby making it easy for you to quickly capture any essential details. These summaries not only save time but also facilitate efficient communication and decision making, as they ensure that crucial information is readily available and well-organized for future reference.

You can edit the automated summary using the Edit option. For more information, refer to the Edit Notes section.

IMPORTANT:

  • If transcripts are not available for the meeting, automated summary cannot be generated.
  • If transcripts are provided in a language other than English, these transcripts will also be summarized in English, provided that Generative AI is capable of performing the translation.
  • The meeting summary captures up to 131,000 characters, however you can add extra notes if needed.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi @aoleson01 -- definitely open a Support ticket on this -- I know there have been occasional issues with getting the Summary generation to “kick in”, but some back-end nudges can get things rolling -- it’s not something that you are missing, and nothing we’ll be able to solve during Office Hours, but the good news is that from what I’ve seen in refreshing my memory on internal discussions, it’s something that can be remedied.  Let me know if you find out otherwise --

Scott

HI @sdrostgainsightcom ,

  1. Following up on ability to index Gainsight timeline attachments for search by our internal search engine
  2. Following up in behalf of @Craigo regarding the XLS to help with modeling changes to scorecard measures changes to % contribution to aggregated scores
  3. Question regarding JO, details follow...

I have an existing JO that sends emails monthly when our customers hit specific product consumption thresholds.

Consumption triggers are coming from a Power BI dashboard. Once a month we export CSV from PBI and ingest into a custom Gainsight object, send the emails using JO. Export/ingest is all manual, sustainable for now w/ monthly frequency.

Now we’re talking about sending the alerts more frequently because the source of the data can start sending us updates daily or every other day. This is not sustainable manually.

  • Is there a Power BI plugin or similar that can upload a CSV file to our managed S3 bucket?
  • In the current model it’s ok to repeat the same consumption alerts because it’s monthly. But if now we increase the frequency, we should not repeat the exact same alerts on every sending, I think. Instead:
    •  Each unique email address should be able to receive email alerts on consecutive days
    • However the content of the email… we should not repeat the exact same consumption triggers if they reoccur within the previous X days, or if they haven’t changed in the previous X days.
    • How would I go about this in JO?
  • Also, is there a way to give the email recipient a link/button that they can click to respond to any consumption trigger line, to tell us if they’re going to ignore that alert or take action?

Hi Scott,

I need a little education on JO.  I’d like to better understand using a CSV to load participants to a JO.  How do you “connect” the participants to the company persons so that tracking and reporting can be done? What are down side of this option?  What are the upsides?

Thanks,

Rhonda

Hi Scott -

Hoping for some quick tips on pulling a report to help identify accounts with recent scorecard changes and the reason for the change. Hopefully this will be a quick & easy one for you (feels like a softball but who knows).

Thank you,

Chae

Hello @knestorsson -- if you go to Dashboards and search for the word “Cross”, you should see a new dashboard named tOOTB][Cross Product] - CC & CS Dashboard or similar (screenshot below) -- beyond that, I’m having trouble tracking down particulars from where I’m currently working, but have an internal ask to point me to more details and I’ll get you documentation/FAQs as I get answers!

ALSO -- if it turns out it’s only enabled internally in our own instance and the general release was delayed, I’ll let you know as well, so hold off until tomorrow if you don’t see it in your listing and and I’ll let you know if you need to open a support ticket or if Gen Release is delayed.

Thanks!

Scott

@sdrostgainsightcom Thank you so much!
