Hi Scott, I have a question about data permissions in the User Admin section. I can see that new data visibility rules can be created and added to the list, but then at the bottom of the screen there is a “Save Sharing Rules” button.

Does this mean that I could pre-configure new rules in advance of a release, but they won’t become “effective” until I click that “Save Sharing Rules” button?

I have 10 data visibility rules that I need to migrate from sandbox to production in an upcoming release. You can’t migrate these rules via X-Org so it’s got to be manual. It would be very helpful if I could pre-configure those rules at my leisure this week, but only make them effective next week during the release window.
