Hello everyone!

This thread is for today’s regular Tuesday US Admin Office Hours, Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 1pm PT / 2pm MT / 3pm CT / 4pm ET.

Please submit your questions below as replies to this post in advance if you can, and we'll address them during the session (or if there’s a quick answer available, we’ll post as replies to the questions).

NOTE: This session will not extensively focus on Salesforce Connector re-enablement now that the Salesforce Security Advisory from Nov 19 has been lifted.  Gainsight’s PS/Support/Education teams will soon post schedules for workshop sessions devoted to that process (if I can answer 1-off questions today, happy to do so -- just wanted to make clear that there are focused sessions in the works for you).

There is no need to register for these sessions - you can join at any time. Once the session is underway, I will go in order of questions posted below first, then field questions from anybody else who has joined as well. Look forward to talking with you!

Hi Scott, hope you are well. I have 2 questions where I would like to take your advise:

1. I am trying to enable Customer Journey in C360 and wanted to understand how can I map regular timeline entry of custom type which are not milestones into the Journey. Thank you.

2. I am trying to create new stages for renewal opps in GS. But I want to ensure those are aligned with the stages as mentioned in Salesforces. So for example: Stage A in SF corresponds to Stage 1,2,3 in GS; then Stage B in SF corresponds to Stage 4-5 in GS, and so on. So what would be the best way to do it?

Thank You.
