Hi Scott,

a) Are there any published “best practices” and “basic plumbing” that are recommended to implement when you’re deploying a brand new instance of Gainsight?

b) Follow-up to a), what are the considerations / best practices if you’re migrating off of an existing instance into the new instance?

Hi Scott, we are trying to set up monthly relationship churn rate widget on dashboard. I could create a design in Gainsight to derive the total relationships at the beginning of the month and another design to derive the churned relationship, but am not able to create a ratio between the two numbers. Hoping you can guide me. Thanks!

I want to get your take on implementing a currency conversion in Gainsight. Currently, our ARR is synced in local currency. All other systems (SFDC + Snowflake) have a way to convert to USD, but I’m wondering how I could achieve this in Gainsight. Thank you!

I’d like to know how to create a rule to update a Due date on tasks that were applied through a playbook.  I’ve tried and can’t get the action step.

Hello ​@parulgoswami -- wanted to pass along a link to my fast walkthrough in my test org of using Aggregations, Merges and Transforms with formula fields to get the ratio values in a data designer that you want.
