Hi Scott! 

ONE: My SF admin added “competition” to this picklist last week but I can’t see it still when trying to map the field. 

TWO: In the CTA Attributes for "Status", I have unchecked the CTA Type "Sub Opp CTA" for "Work in Progress", "Closed - No Action", and "Closed - Invalid" but they are still showing up as options in my report dashboard dropdown for CTA Status. But when I go to the actual CTA, the statuses are showing up correctly! I’m told this is how it is supposed to work?! Also, the order of the items in the report dashboard dropdown are incorrect as well. 

THREE: I’m still missing historical salesforce email activities in the Gainsight timeline...

Hi Scott- I’m having some issues with tracking down how a field on the user profile is being populated.  Can we take a look at this field and how I can make this determination in the future.
