Hi Scott, 

I just have a quick question you may know the answer to.  I transitioned to using the Dynamic Programs for NPS surveys this month for some of the new funtionality on the Evaluate options.  Those surveys however are being filtered out of reporting because the Survey Name is blank.  I build my NPS reports around that survey being used.  Is this a glitch or something I’m doing wrong?  See attached.

I have a digital program that is runs daily and sends a welcome email but I need to switch the audience segment. I’m looking for an idea of best practice so that no-one gets a second email.

2 questions for now:

 

  1. In JO, is there any way to add more than one email address in the header “Reply To” field?
  2. We received a question asking if it’s possible to do calculations in the subtotal areas at the bottom of a table report (screenshot of ask below):

 


Hey ​@tim.carwheel -- just occurred to me that you might be able to have the Email team at your organization set up rules to forward a copy of an email that comes into a mailbox set up just for the JO replies.  Since the AE’s name and email are in the signature of the letter, the rule can look for that and forward a copy, perhaps?

 

Yes, it might mean you need a rule for every AE on the list, and you would have to note in the letter that “just reply to this email and it will land in my inbox” or something like that?

 

Not a great idea, maybe, but it’s something to check into -- again, there’s nothing from the Gainsight side that would be coming anytime soon, since it involves building functionality that would bCC back to Sendgrid or back to your Gainsight instance directly, but do so in a way that doesn’t announce “spam” to mail platforms, since “hidden” bcc’s, etc. are the kind of things that spam filters rightfully look for. . . 

 

I’ll keep you posted, though, if I hear anything otherwise!


Thanks ​@sdrostgainsightcom - Yes, that sounds like the exact path the team is going to investigate in parallel, possibly utilizing Power Automate to run the forwarding rule(s).
