Hi Scott,

Could you review the latest status of each of these support cases? I feel like the cases are stuck and that I have valid arguments for why they need to be fixed on the Gainsight end, but I’m also willing to admit if I’m being unreasonable in my asks. Hoping that you can be a “voice of reason” either for myself or support on how to proceed:

First Priority: Case 323081 Unexplained behavior when copying Timeline entries

Second Priority: Case 323536 Error when setting scorecard histories to NA

I have a question on a rule being built based activity type
