Hey Scott,

It was great meeting you at Pulse! We’re considering enabling auto email + meeting capture and have a few questions.

  1. Currently, if the plugin fails to log an email, the email saves as a Timeline draft and users are sent an email advising them to modify it. How are email failures handled with auto-capture?
  2. With auto-capture, will users still be able to determine which meetings can be recorded? I know that some domains can be logged under the unauthorized list but I’m wondering if the option to decide will still be available per call in case a customer doesn’t want specific meetings or certain parts of a meeting recorded.

  3. How will contacts not found in the Company Person object be handled? Presently, I believe the contact still appears in the Timeline message by their email address vs their name. However, some CS team members use the plugin to determine if a new contact record needs to be created. They’re concerned that with auto-email capture that validation checkpoint would be missed and we’d have a gap in getting people added.

Great meeting you in person last week! I have a couple questions around our at risk process: timeline verse CTA, creating the CTA, closing the CTA and removing from at-risk and related slack messages.

Advice on Current process:
Manually Create Timeline Risk Activity
Auto update SFDC & GS Company
Auto Slack message posts when GS Company record updated
Manually Create CTA or Auto Create CTA within 2 hours

Versus this process:
Manually Create Risk CTA and Timeline entry within the CTA
Auto update SFDC & GS Company
Slack message posts

Why do the notes on the Company object and in SF say “Launch Risk” when it’s At-Risk?

I also have a Journey that evaluates based on a field update in Gainsight that did not work.

Hello @Veronica.Moore and @nsimon  -- was great meeting both of you in person as well last week!

Pinging you here because I’m having some bandwidth issues - Zoom is freezing up on me and I’ve reset my router a couple times.

I won’t be able to get a call going, so I’ll look to answer in a thread here and we can try to follow up before Thursday if needed - apologies for the late cancel, but was trying to get it to work.

I’ll drop in a reply when I’ve got things a little smoother again on my end!
