Hey Scott, 

We’re running into an issue syncing Zoom Revenue Accelerator activities from SFDC to Timeline.

Here are the support tickets I’ve opened so far: 350310, 353406

Issue 1: I have a large number of external attendees with no SFDC contact record. Is there a way for me to bulk create contacts via rules engine and then resync the meetings that were missing the attendee?

Issue 2: Glassdoor is sister companies with Indeed, and meetings with Indeed attendees are not syncing because there’s no contact record in SFDC for them. Is it possible to create two sets of internal attendees or should we categorize the Indeed attendees as external?

Hi Scott - hoping I can get your help on figuring out if it’s possible to use External Actions to update the Account Team Member object in Salesforce. I’ve run into issues in the past on being able to do this via the Rules Engine, so I’m hoping this might be a viable workaround.

Hi Scott. Hopefully a question with a quick answer: Will “Internal Collaborator” license types in Gainsight CS be able to view Gainsight data via the Gainsight window that lives in SFDC (via managed package install) OR do they have to have Viewer license type or above in order to do so?

Hello ​@tim.carwheel -- no, they will not be able to view the SFDC widget in Salesforce -- that requires a Viewer license.

 

The “Internal Collaborator” license exists to allow other people in your organization to be added to data fields in Gainsight that require a user lookup -- “Internal Attendees” on Timeline, for instance.  Also allows JO Programs of the “User” type for internal notifications.

Hi Scott!

 

I’ve been using a Custom connection for external actions to post custom timeline activities. At some point in the last month or two, it stopped working and I can’t figure out why. I’m wondering if something has changed.
